I've played in a number of bands on the way to Grassahol including: Berkshire Boys, Many Many More, Streamline Train and Tradin' Up. I first learned to appreciate harmony singing as a teenager in a family barbershop quartet with my father and brothers. I enjoy cool jazz and be-bob, gospel and hip hop, album rock but not much pop. My favorite bluegrass influences are: Monroe, Compton, Lester Flatt, Doyle Lawson and Doc Watson.
When I'm not pickin' the mandolin, you'll find me creating ads, websites, and promotional stuff with the ad agency, Q1 Communicators in the Polaris area of Columbus, Ohio.
